By renting a vehicle from Continental Est. Rentals, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a major credit card. Additional requirements may apply for certain vehicle classes.
2. Reservations & Payment
All reservations require a valid credit card. Payment is charged at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to one day's rental.
4. Insurance & Damage
Zero-deductible insurance is included. Renters are responsible for traffic violations, tolls, and any damage caused by negligence or prohibited use.
5. Vehicle Use
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, towing, or any illegal activity. Cross-state travel requires prior notice.
6. Return
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location with the same fuel level. Late returns may incur additional charges.
7. Liability
Continental's maximum liability is limited to the total rental amount paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
